LUBI seminar series - "Bioinformatics aspects in scRNA-seq"

Seminar "Bioinformatics in scRNA-seq", March 3rd at 1 p.m. Speakers Ulrich Pfisterer and Per Brattås.

Lund bioinformatics inftrastrucure (LUBI) will start organizing a seminar series this spring. The first seminar will take place on March 3rd, at 13-14. Ulrich Pfisterer and Per Brattås from CTG will talk about  “Bioinformatics aspects in scRNA-seq”. The talk will include an overview of the current scRNA-seq technologies and bioinformatics analyses, such e.g. the most standard downstream analysis in Seurat, gene expression topologies, dimensionality reduction and trajectory analysis.
